Inspired by the elegance of antique French armoires, this heirloom-style ornament kit allows you to create a romantic, European-inspired keepsake with depth, charm, and timeless beauty.

With two uniquely styled armoire frames—one slim and one wide—you can design a coordinating pair or create two completely different looks. Each piece becomes a miniature work of art, perfect for displaying on a cabinet pull, decorative hook, or within a seasonal vignette.

What’s Included:

One slim armoire frame with coordinating backing plate
One wide armoire frame with coordinating backing plate
Pre-printed decorative background images for decoupaging
Light pink and light blue crinkled seam binding ribbon
Two gold jewelry bails for hanging

The included artwork is printed on smooth white paper using smudge-resistant ink, allowing for easy decoupage without colors running or fading during application. For an even more dimensional look, you may choose to build up the backing with a shallow insert (such as lightweight cardboard) before applying your image, creating the illusion of depth within the armoire.

Because each ornament is 3D printed, a light coat of primer is recommended prior to painting for optimal adhesion and a smooth, professional finish. Krylon Clear Matte Protective Spray works beautifully for this step.

You may finish your pieces in soft pastels, antiqued tones, or a high-gloss porcelain style to suit your personal aesthetic. See the comments for the paints used to create the finished sample pieces.

Paint and finishing products are not included, giving you the freedom to customize your pieces in your own unique style.

Please allow up to 3 business days for creation prior to shipment, as each kit is 3D printed at the time of order.

*For added peace of mind, I’ve included a complimentary digital download of the two armoire designs on my website—perfect for easy reprints or experimenting with additional finishes.

*Because the printed designs are more delicate in scale, a gloss topcoat is recommended to enhance the finer details and give the finished piece a richer, more dimensional look. (I used Gloss Mod Podge)
